Kelsey Fraser is an associate at Kaplan Hecker & Fink LLP.
Kelsey completed clerkships with the Hon. Paul J. Watford of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit and the Hon. James E. Boasberg, of the U.S. District Court for the District of Columbia. Before law school, Kelsey worked as a Manager at the boutique strategy consulting firm Kaiser Associates and as a Research Associate at the Advisory Board Company, where she authored over 25 briefs on higher education.
Kelsey received her J.D., magna cum laude, from Harvard Law School, where she was awarded the George Leisure Award for Best Oralist, as well as the Boykin C. Wright Memorial Fund Prize and Best Overall Team at the Ames Moot Court Competition. She served as a Research Assistant to Professors Daphna Renan, Michael Klarman, and Vicki Jackson, and as a Teaching Assistant to Professor Renan. Kelsey was also a Senior Articles Editor for the Harvard Law and Policy Review. Kelsey received her B.A. from Duke University.
