Am Law Litigation Daily Editor Ross Todd spoke to Roberta Kaplan and Karen Dunn to discuss what it was like to have the “No Accident” documentary film crew following their trial team and clients. As the originator of the case, Robbie, who plays a prominent role in the documentary film, observes, “I think this movie portrays better than any other film, whether documentary or feature film I’ve ever seen, the sheer work and grit that is involved in bringing a case—from filing a complaint to trial: how hard that work is, how grinding it is, how much the nitty gritty details really matter."

“No Accident” chronicles the trial against the neo-nazis and white supremacists responsible for the violence in Charlottesville, Virginia in August 2017 through the eyes of the plaintiffs and their legal team. The feature-length documentary is streaming on Max.
